Lanier worked closely with Jefferson to expedite project schedules, assist with procurement including long-lead and specialty items and coordinate construction with Jefferson’s contractors and vendors. Improvements include over 4,000,000 bbls of liquid storage capacity for crude, ethanol and refined products.
