Lanier & Associates provided the permitting, preliminary and detailed engineering design, project management and bid phase services for these two new ship docks. This project included all structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering for the pipe racks, approach, loading arms, and all top side equipment as well as construction management as well as the firewater intake for the facility.
