Lanier & Associates provided engineering services for the condensate expansion at Plains’ St. James facility. The expansion consisted of three new 250,000 barrel condensate tanks with future capacity to accommodate two additional tanks. It also included new transfer pumps, new sump system, pig launchers/receivers, and piping tie-ins to the existing facility.
