Lanier & Associates provided the permitting, preliminary and detailed engineering design, project management and bid phase services for this new LPG ship dock.This project included the demolition of an existing petroleum dock and the new design including all structural, electrical and mechanical engineering for the new top side equipment and pipe racks.
